About The Komatsu PC78 Excavator
The Komatsu PC78 Excavator has two “Automatic Travel Speeds” that give operators added control when maneuvering the excavator. A high or low speed can be chosen depending on the ground and job conditions and can be chosen with a single touch. The travel speed will automatically change up or down when the terrain changes as well. The PC78 Excavator provides exceptional travel performance too. It has a standard large drawbar pull and a single pump with double flow. This means easy and safe travel when moving through uneven and rough terrain or when climbing steeper slopes. Operators will enjoy the low-noise design of the Komatsu PC78 Excavator due to Komatsu’s use of sound-absorbing materials by placing a partition between the cab and engine compartment.
