About The Hitachi ZX240 Excavator
The rugged and dependable Hitachi ZX240 Excavator is a true partner in tough work environments. With a robust design and extra features like an engine that offers high output and is fuel-efficient, a powerful (180 kN) bucket digging force, and a 222 kN rating traction force. The ZX240 has a strengthened X-beam that provides 35% more strength along with reinforced upper and idler brackets added on a track. Also, maintenance is made easier with conveniently located servicing points and as always, Hitachi uses long-life components that will help to extend servicing intervals. The Hitachi ZX240 combines powerful digging force and quick loading speed and the result is more production with less downtime.

ZX240 Rollers

ZX240 Track Assembly
PIVOT offers track group assemblies as well as individual track chains. Our track chains come either greased or sealed and lubricated in Standard or Heavy Duty options. All track groups can be assembled prior to shipment for your convenience and ease of install.
ZX240 Track Pads
We supply a variety of arrangements when it comes to your machine’s track shoes that have been designed and tested for your specific application. All of our track pads come either with a single, double or triple grouser setup. You also have the option of with or without mud-holes, standard or extreme service, along with various widths.
