935B & 935C
Caterpillar 935 Crawler Loader
The CAT 935B was introduced in 1987 and manufactured exclusively in Japan. It has a 3204 four-cylinder engine producing 75 flywheel horsepower (FWHP) and a powershift transmission with an electric start. It comes standard with pedal steer, sealed loader linkage, sealed and lubricated tracks (SALT), and 56-inch (142 cm) track gauge. Production of 935B ended in 1987; it was replaced by the Caterpillar 935C, which has a 3204 direct injection, four-cylinder engine producing 78 flywheel horsepower (FWHP). It has a three speeds forward, three reverse powershift transmission. It comes standard with case sealing, a steering clutch and brake linkage, and a modified undercarriage. In 1990 Cat produced the 935C II, which has 80 FWHP and a three speeds forward, one reverse transmission. It comes standard with optional ground engaging tools, increased breakout, and a new operator station. Production of 935C II ended in 1993 however, if properly maintained with our quality undercarriage parts, these Cat 935 loaders will stay on the job.
